01Information we collect

None. We do not collect or receive any personal or usage information. BinAref Player has no user accounts, no login, and no analytics or crash-reporting services.

02Data stored on your device

To work as a player, the app saves a few settings locally on your device only. This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us:

• Your preferences (volume, language, hardware-acceleration, screenshot folder).
• A list of recently opened files and each file's last playback position (to resume).
• Small thumbnail images cached from videos you have opened.
• Screenshots you capture, saved to the folder you choose.

03Permissions

Media / storage to open and play the video and audio files you select, read for playback only, never uploaded.

Internet used by the media engine and to open the project website in your browser. The app does not send your files or any personal data over the internet.

04Sharing & selling of data

We do not share, sell, rent, or disclose any data to third parties, because we do not collect any.

05Children's privacy

BinAref Player is a general-audience utility and is not directed at children. Because it collects no data at all, it collects none from anyone, including children.

06Security

Your content and settings stay on your own device under its normal system protections. Since nothing is transmitted to any server, there is no remote copy of your data to secure.

07Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date.
