01Information we collect (activation only)

When you activate the app for the first time, we collect a small amount of data solely to verify your activation and prevent unauthorized use:

• Device ID, a unique identifier for your device.
• Phone model, your device model and manufacturer.
• Android version, your operating-system version.
• Activation code, the purchased activation code.

02Information we do NOT collect

• Voice messages or recordings.
• Text messages or chat history.
• Contact information.
• Location data.
• Personal information (name, email, phone number).
• Usage patterns or analytics.
• Any data from your local-network communications.

03How we use it

The limited activation data is used only to confirm your device is activated, prevent multiple activations with the same code, and assist with support. After activation the app works completely offline, your conversations never leave your local Wi-Fi network.

04Data storage & security

Activation data is stored on secure servers with encryption, retained only for license verification. Chat messages are stored locally on your device only; voice messages are transmitted in real time and not stored.

05Data sharing

We do not share, sell, or rent your information. Your activation data is never shared with advertisers or data brokers, never used for marketing, and is accessible only to our technical team for support.

06Your rights

You can request a copy of your stored activation data by email. To delete the device ID and phone info collected for activation, tap the "Lock Speaker Feature" button on the main screen, this permanently removes your data from our servers.

Permissions you control: Microphone voice communication, Storage saving chats locally, Network local Wi-Fi communication.

07Children's privacy

VoiceLink is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

08Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time and will post changes here with an updated date.
